How to Harvest the maximum from your Solar System

• Set your washing machine/clothes dryer to run during the day.
• If you have electric hot water, time this to come on during the day.
• Set your dishwasher to run during the day.
• Set all appliances to run at different times, during the day, to distribute your energy load more evenly to use the power as it comes off your solar system.
• Any other appliance or machine is better set to run during the day if possible.
Should I sell power back to my power company?
Because of the varying deals at the moment and in the future from power companies, we do not recommend relying on selling power back to your power company to justify the system purchase. By changing your power consumption habits as shown above, you will optimize the free energy from your solar system.
